What is PITI-VITI?
The Pacific and Virgin Islands Training Initiatives (PITI-VITI), is a program managed by the Graduate School USA and funded by the Department of the Interior's Office of Insular Affairs. PITI-VITI supports the insular governments of American Samoa, Guam, CNMI, FSM, Palau, the Marshall Islands, and the US Virgin Islands. The 2016 GFOA Conference will be held from May 22 to 27, 2015, in Toronto, CA.
The Executive Leadership Development Program will begin accepting applications in early 2016 for the Class of 2017.

The Winter IGFOA Conference will be held in Maui, Hawaii, December 1-3, 2015. Check back for additional information.
