ABOUT ECONMAP

Since 2006, the Graduate School USA's Pacific Islands Training Initiative has worked with the governments of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and--since 2011--the Republic of Palau, to assist with annual comprehesive updates of finance and economic statistics.

The annual economic update includes such indicators as GDP, GDP per capita, employment, inflation, external debt ratios, consolidated revenues and expenditures and outmigration estimates. With this data, the Graduate School produces a comprehensive Economic Review for each country, complete with a detailed statistical appendix.

In addition, the Graduate School USA's EconMAP Team also releases occasional Technical Notes and topical papers to provide timely analysis of emergin issues.
