Winston S. Simon is a Senior Grants Analyst at the U.S. Virgin Islands Office of Management and Budget's Federal Grants Management Unit. He has
served in his current capacity for the last six years. Winston serves as the liaison between the Office of Management and Budget and various departments
and agencies within the government. Winston is responsible for reviewing federal budgets, financial reports, status updates, and corrective action plans
as they relate to the Circular A-133 single audit, and monitoring federal grants. Prior to working for the Office of Management and Budget, Winston worked
for four years in the Accounting Department of the University of the Virgin Islands. He also worked with federal grants in that capacity. All together,
Winston has a combined total of thirteen years in grants management. Winston holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Accounting, both from the University of the Virgin Islands.
