Welcome to the official website of the Pacific & Virgin Islands Training Initiatives (PITI-VITI). Since 1991 PITI-VITI has been providing customized, results-oriented professional and organizational development services to the Pacific.
With funding support from the United States Department of the Interior, Office of Insular Affairs, PITI-VITI provides regular support to insular governments, including American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia (including the four FSM states of Chuuk, Kosrae, Pohnpei and Yap), the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Republic of Palau. In addition, the Virgin Islands Training Initiative works closely with the government of the U.S. Virgin Islands. PITI-VITI is run by the Graduate School's International Institute.
